07 Dec - update for Lydia and Elinor pre sales

We've got some goods news and things are finally moving forwards with our shipment in the LAX Los Angeles) port, although it's still slow going! 

We're super excited to have gotten an update from our freight forwarder and it looks like we have booked in with the customs agent for around 15 December. This means that our goods are one step closer to being inspected and approved for release to our warehouse. Once in the warehouse, they will get processed and then sent out to you. 

Please keep in mind this is a highly unusual year and things can change at any time, but please rest assured your goods are only delayed - there is nothing wrong with the shipment, or the warehouse, or anyone's order. We have all of our systems in place, we are just waiting in a very (very) long line to get through a process that normally takes only 24 hours. 

Although we are still a week away from a scheduled inspection,  it is still a step forward and I am exited to be inching closer to getting your orders to you.
