Transactions concluded through our site

Goods supplied through the A Girl for All Time® website are governed by our terms and conditions of sale. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our terms.  When you place an order, we will e-mail you an order acknowledgement with the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product.  We will then send you a further confirmation when the goods are shipped. Our acceptance of your offer will be complete at the time we send confirmation of shipment. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as shipped do not form part of that contract.

Crowdfunding and Pre-Orders 

From time to time we will offer items for sale ahead of general availabilty and occasionally we will offer items available through Crowdfunding. We will list an expected date of arrival and clearly mark these items as pre-sale or Crowdfunding items. Release dates for pre-sale orders and crowdfunded are estimated and subject to change at any time due to delays in production or shipping schedules.  We do not guarantee the exact date of delivery and can not be held liable for any variations on these dates. Items ordered will be processed and distributed in the order in which they were received.  The price of items in pre-sale may vary from the time of purchase to the delivery date.  If the listed cost of the item on the website at the time of delivery is lower than the amount paid, you will be refunded the difference for that item - this does not apply to short-term promotional discounts. You may cancel a Crowdfunded item within 7 working days, as long as it is 7 working days before the end of the campaign. You may cancel a pre-sale order for full refund until the items have shipped.  After shipping, our standard terms and conditions apply. In cases that our Crowdfunding campaigns are NOT successful monies will be returned to customers however we are not liable for exchange rate fluctuations and as such will refund based on the advertised price. Exchange, bank fees and any other charges incurred by customers' banks are not the liability of A Girl for All Time.

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We may contact you from time to time to tell you about new A Girl for All Time® products, special offers or for market research. You may elect not to be contacted by us.  We will never sell your information to another party.
