Learn to Swing Dance
Clementine and Giselle would watch the American and British troops dance to the new craze sweeping 1940s Wartime Britain - the Swing Dance.
Good music to try to dance to would be Chatanooga-Choo-Choo, St. Louis Blues, Turn Me Loose, or any songs by these artists: Count Basie , Benny Goodman , Artie Shaw , Chick Webb , Duke Ellington , Cab Calloway or Tommy Dorsey.
Here is a fantastic link from our friends at London Swing Dance Society, to show us how! Just click the dancers below to see the Lindy Hop
Get a friend, and see if you can learn to Swing Dance, too, like Clementine and Giselle.
